Core Training or Stretches???

If you have recurrent back pain or back pain that does not respond to therapy watch this video where I discuss another often-ignored viewpoint about how the spine works – or doesn’t work.

Muscles are often the site of pain or spasm so naturally most practitioners opt to treat them first with muscle relaxers, electronic stimulators, stretches, massage, etc…

Although this undoubtedly helps people feel better my belief is that it almost always misses the larger point which is that the underlying structure must be sound for the muscles to be able to properly “do their job.”
