Gait Changes With Vs. Without Shoes

I’m a strong believer that there are numerous benefits to running and being barefoot as compared to doing same with shoes. Although there is not at this time a plethora of scientific evidence studying the two in comparison, this video does show that there is a drastic difference in terms of gait patterns, muscle firing and efficiency between running with shoes and without shoes.
